Customer Experience: Change of Service Provider

Once a customer has completed a Home Energy Assessment, then they should work with the same contractor for the next two years. Occasionally, in order to best serve a customer, a change of service provider is necessary before the two years are up.  In those situations, please follow the following process outlined in this document.
